What you will do

• Act as primary liaison between customer mission support entities and mission partners.
• Coordinate OCONUS travel, medical, and training for field resources.
• Manage and update client SharePoint sites and databases to track readiness and communications.
• Process and track supply and equipment orders for field operations domestically and internationally.
• Provide briefings on field readiness and perform calendar management for leadership.
• Organize meetings, create agendas, and publish professional meeting minutes.

Requirements

• Security Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• 11+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or communications (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience with OCONUS environments and field activity support.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and working knowledge of SharePoint.
• Willingness and capability to become Weapons Certified.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Senior Operations and Technical Manager.
• Knowledge of field communications and overseas IT, Telecommunications, and Security.
• Previous OCONUS travel experience.
