Criteo is hiring a People Operations Process Excellence Specialist to join its Barcelona team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys improving processes, driving projects, and working cross-functionally to turn ideas into scalable operational solutions.

An HR background is welcome, but not essential — the bigger focus is on process improvement, analytical thinking, stakeholder coordination, and execution excellence.

What you’ll be doing
— Identify and improve people operations processes for better efficiency and scalability
— Lead and coordinate cross-functional process improvement initiatives
— Translate ideas into structured, well-executed projects
— Work closely with multiple stakeholders across teams
— Support operational excellence within the People function
— Use data and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization

— Strong process improvement / operational excellence mindset
— Analytical and proactive approach to problem-solving
— Experience managing projects and coordinating stakeholders
— Strong organizational and execution skills
— Ability to drive initiatives from idea to implementation
— HR / People Operations background is a plus, not a must
