Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with motion in digital products, specifically using animation to simplify complex experiences.
• Expertise in defining motion languages and scalable design systems.
• Proven ability to work with engineers to bring smooth, high-performing motion into production.
• Strong prototyping skills to align teams on interaction and response behavior.
• Ability to balance visual delight with functional clarity.
• Must be based in the United States, Canada, or LATAM.
