What you will do

• Design static and motion creative assets, ad sets, and landing pages optimized for marketing metrics.
• Produce motion graphics and short-form video cutdowns for social platforms.
• Edit and adapt video content for platform-specific ad formats and aspect ratios.
• Collaborate with media, strategy, and content teams to align creatives with campaign goals.
• Run A/B tests using tools like Optimizely, Unbounce, and Crazy Egg; analyze heatmaps and user testing.
• Refine creatives based on data, feedback, and ensure brand consistency across segments.

Requirements

• 1–3 years in graphic design, focused on performance creative or CRO.
• 1+ year in motion graphics and short-form video production.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Experience with video editing/motion tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Understanding of performance marketing, A/B testing, and data-driven design.
• Collaboration skills in fast-paced agency environment; strong communication.
