What you will do

• Produce a wide range of marketing assets, including motion ads, static visuals, trailers, and app store creatives.
• Develop adaptable creative concepts tailored to different game genres and player segments.
• Collaborate with UA and analytics teams to iterate assets based on A/B testing and engagement metrics.
• Optimize App Store and Google Play assets (icons, screenshots, videos) to improve conversion rates.
• Ensure visual consistency across various campaigns and formats while adapting to audience needs.
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers and external contributors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing design or motion graphics, ideally within mobile gaming.
• Proven track record of creating high-performing user acquisition (UA) ads and ASO assets.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
• Deep understanding of performance marketing, user acquisition strategies, and player psychology.
• Experience managing multiple creative projects and deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with 3D tools such as Blender.
