TL;DR

Project/Program Engineer - New Grad (Routing and Switching): Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and strategic projects for RSP portfolio with an accent on supplier performance, production ramps, and product lifecycle transitions. Focus on developing integrated plans, tracking metrics, resolving technical issues, and ensuring supply chain integration.

Location: Onsite in Zapopan/Guadalajara, Mexico or Remote from Canada

Salary: $59,800 - $95,600 (Canada, annual)

What you will do

  • Develop and track metrics for supplier performance and customer deliverables.
  • Interface with R&D and suppliers to create and update NPI build plans.
  • Ensure key resources from supply chain teams and suppliers support project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with PLM to implement forecasts for new product launches.
  • Communicate project commitments and changes to teams and leadership.
  • Build relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams, prepare analyses for management.

Requirements

  • Locations limited to Mexico (onsite) or Canada (remote)
  • B.S./B.A. or equivalent + five years of related experience.
  • Fluency in project management, planning, risk assessment, and resolution.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Visio, and project planning software.
  • Analytical, problem-solving skills; ability to travel including internationally.

Nice to have

  • Project/Program Management training and certifications.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
