What you will do

• Own the ML roadmap: define and prioritize forecasting and prediction features for supply chain.
• Bridge business and technology: collaborate with stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers to translate needs into ML solutions.
• Design and refine ML models for demand prediction, inventory optimization, and supply chain disruptions.
• Incorporate predictive analytics into the platform for proactive data-informed decisions.
• Ensure intuitive integration of ML features and drive iterations based on customer feedback.
• Coordinate with engineering for model implementation, scaling, performance monitoring, and metrics definition.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in ML or data-driven products.
• Strong understanding of ML/AI techniques: regression, time-series analysis, demand forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with data science tools (Python, R, SQL) and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
• Proven track record launching and scaling ML/AI products in SaaS/enterprise.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
• Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related; MBA a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical skills, and stakeholder alignment.
