What you will do

• Lead end-to-end process integration for photonic circuits from design to high-volume manufacturing.
• Collaborate with design, fabrication, and test teams to ensure Design-for-Manufacturability (DFM).
• Serve as technical liaison with 8-inch and 12-inch silicon wafer foundries for process development.
• Drive yield enhancement, process reliability, and device design improvements.
• Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) for design and process challenges.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and innovate solutions for integration hurdles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Photonics, or related field.
• Proven experience in 8-inch/12-inch semiconductor process integration and high-volume manufacturing.
• Expertise in optical/opto-electronic circuit design.
• Proficiency in advanced analysis: TEM, SEM, EDX, SIMS, XPS, XRD, HRP, AFM.
• Experience with 8D problem-solving, root-cause investigations, and ECO management.
• Willingness to travel and collaborate across North America, Europe, Asia time zones.
