Senior Construction Estimator - Full Project Estimates (AU Builder Required)

Location: WFH/Onsite in Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu, Philippines. Australian residential construction experience required.

Salary: P120,000 per month

Melbourne-based residential building company specialising in high-end architectural homes, complex renovations, and bespoke projects.

What you will do

• Prepare detailed construction estimates, quantity take-offs, and BOQs from drawings and documentation.
• Review project docs, identify missing scopes or inconsistencies, and provide cost planning advice.
• Issue trade packages, obtain/review subcontractor quotes, prepare tender comparisons, and assist in selections.
• Prepare trade scopes, identify risks/exclusions, and maintain estimate records.
• Collaborate with director/project team on budgets, value engineering, and procurement support.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years in construction estimating, ideally on Australian residential projects $1M–$5M+.
• Strong knowledge of Australian residential construction methods, trades, sequencing, and documentation.
• Experience with estimating software: Procore (preferred), Buildertrend, Buildxact, CostX, Cubit, Bluebeam, advanced Excel.
• Technical knowledge across excavation, concrete, framing, brickwork, roofing, MEP, etc.
• Detail-oriented, commercially aware, able to manage multiple projects and communicate clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience with architectural/custom homes.
• Prior work for Australian builders or consultancies.
