What you will do

• Architect and develop Kubernetes operators and controllers to automate platform workloads.
• Design control plane and data plane services for orchestration, routing, monitoring, and self-healing.
• Build internal developer tooling and platform APIs to boost productivity.
• Maintain IaC frameworks like Terraform, Pulumi, and Crossplane for secure cloud provisioning.
• Improve observability, reliability, and resilience of infrastructure components.
• Collaborate with SREs, platform engineers, and application teams on architecture and scaling.

Requirements

• 5+ years building backend or infrastructure systems in cloud-native environments.
• Deep Kubernetes expertise: operators, controllers, CRDs, and API.
• Strong skills in Go (preferred), Rust, or Python for distributed systems.
• Hands-on with IaC tools (Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with containerization, observability (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry), and operational practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
