What you will do

• Design, deploy, and maintain SIP/VoIP infrastructure (Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio) for AI Agents.
• Integrate voice platforms with GCP, AWS, and internal AI pipelines.
• Ensure high availability and low latency of voice services through HA, load balancing, and failover strategies.
• Manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform (IaC) and Kubernetes (GKE/EKS).
• Set up call quality monitoring (MOS, jitter, packet loss) and alerting via Grafana and Victoria Metrics.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD for voice services.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Asterisk or FreeSWITCH.
• Deep knowledge of SIP, RTP, SRTP protocols and SIP proxies (Kamailio or OpenSIPS).
• Hands-on experience with GCP and/or AWS (2+ years).
• Production experience with Kubernetes and Terraform (custom modules, multi-environment setups).
• Proficiency with Docker, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD/Flux.
• English and Russian at B2 level required for communication with stakeholders and the team.
• Must be located outside of Russia and Belarus.

Nice to have

• Experience with WebRTC protocol and AI/TTS/STT integrations (Google TTS, Deepgram, Whisper).
• AWS or GCP Professional certification.
• Compliance experience with HIPAA, GDPR, or SOC 2.
• Knowledge of Ansible or Service Mesh (Linkerd, Istio).
• Python or Bash scripting for automation.
