What you will do

• Own and drive the platform roadmap to identify, prioritize, and implement critical infrastructure improvements.
• Lead cost management efforts across infrastructure and proxy services to optimize expenses without compromising performance.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of infrastructure through robust monitoring and disaster recovery strategies.
• Lead the consolidation of two existing infrastructure stacks into a single unified platform.
• Strengthen security measures to protect the platform against continuous threats and attacks.
• Collaborate with development teams to increase AI maturity and standardize development environment tooling.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe.
• 5+ years of platform or DevOps engineering experience at scale with a track record of leading infrastructure change.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration for large-scale deployments.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and building CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, New Relic, ELK, or Prometheus.
• Practical track record of using AI tools to drive concrete business outcomes.
