Senior Product Operations Analyst

TL;DR

Senior Product Operations Analyst (Investment Funds): Assist in implementation of new funds, solutions, changes, mergers, and terminations with an accent on preparing documentation and coordinating stakeholders across Canada, US, and global sites. Focus on collecting input for product briefs, resolving issues for product launches, disseminating fund event documentation, and leading ad hoc projects.

Location: Flexible hybrid schedule at 483 Bay Street, Toronto until late 2026, then 3 Robert Speck Parkway, Mississauga office. Current work authorization for Canada is required. Occasional travel required.

Base Salary: $99,000–$123,000 + discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Prepare fund launch documentation including product briefs, coordinate project teams and stakeholders, manage deliverables, timing, and risks.
• Handle fund event changes like benchmark and portfolio manager updates, restructures, mergers, terminations; disseminate approved documentation.
• Assist with data strategy for Product Operations team and lead ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of mutual fund/investment industry experience.
• University degree with Finance focus preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Current work authorization for Canada required.

Nice to have

• CFA, CA, PMP certifications.
