What you will do

• Develop and implement internal communications campaigns, strategies, and programs.
• Plan and deliver employee events of varying scale, from small sessions to large corporate events.
• Provide strategic communications counsel to internal customers, particularly within manufacturing.
• Manage and support company-wide communication channels, including newsletters, blogs, and videos.
• Create concepts and write content for a wide range of communications tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing Communications, or a related field.
• 3-10 years of experience in corporate or marketing communications.
• Proven experience in communications planning, event planning, and project management.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills).
• Must be based in Montreal (St. Laurent).
