Salary: $81,120 - $133,010 annually

What you will do

• Facilitate strategic decisions and provide leadership for project scope, financials, and schedules.
• Partner with directors to create project plans, drive results, and integrate performance improvements.
• Analyze data from hospital systems like Cerner and Showcase to develop reports and dashboards using Excel and Visio.
• Implement lean methodology, identify cost-cutting measures, and coordinate cross-departmental activities.
• Evaluate department performance and provide feedback to senior leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strategic planning and critical thinking skills for problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) required within 30 days of hire

Nice to have

• Master's degree in MHA or MBA.
• Nursing clinical degree or experience.
• 2+ years performance improvement experience with lean principles.
