Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands (Hybrid: maximum of one day per week from home)

What you will do
- Act as second-line support for Disturbance Notifications (DNs) and Cloud4Customer (C4Cs) incidents.
- Maintain documentation and master data regarding packaging instructions, cleaning codes, and SAP routings.
- Collaborate with NPI Engineers to ensure logistical requirements are integrated during the design phase of new products.
- Lead and chair root cause analysis (RCA) meetings, such as the Disturbance Review Board (DRB).
- Identify and visualize improvement potential in operational processes using incident data.
- Develop and standardize new tools for logistical processes in collaboration with Design & Engineering.
Requirements
- Higher technical education or equivalent professional level.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in engineering or support roles.
- Experience within logistics operations or working with direct logistics stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English language skills for speech and writing.
- Affinity with data analytics, visualization, process flow charts, and operating instructions.
