Operations Intern (Summer 2026)

Location: Hybrid in Madison, WI area – meet in person one day a week, must be based in the Madison area

Salary: $20–$22/hour ($17.85–$24.00 range)

What you will do

• Translate quality and inspection standards into measurable assessment criteria
• Analyze program data on inspection coverage and documentation to identify gaps and trends
• Design and build Quality Compliance Scoring Model to quantify progress toward standards
• Pilot the scoring framework on a subset of programs and evaluate results
• Develop executive materials like PowerPoint presentations and visuals for findings and recommendations

Requirements

• Active enrollment as 3rd/4th year Bachelor’s or Master’s student graduating no earlier than May/June 2026
• Pursuing degree in Business, Communications, English, Process Engineering, or related field
• Availability for full-time (40 hours/week) summer (early June–early August)
• Based in the Madison area
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Interest in fast-paced energy efficiency industry
