• Provide top-tier support and service to customers

Requirements

• Must be located within a 60-mile radius of Draper, UT
• Designated quiet home workspace and wired internet (10 mbps download / 4 mbps upload minimum; no wireless/DSL/satellite)
• Customer service and prior collections experience with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer and typing proficiency, handling multiple software applications/screens
• Phone experience in customer service/call center environment
• High school diploma or GED; must be 18 years or older
