Salary: $88,000 - $92,000 CAD

What you will do

• Maintain the availability, scalability, performance, and security of multi-tenant network infrastructure.
• Implement new customer networking components such as VPNs, Firewall rules, and MPLS.
• Develop and maintain reliable network solutions aligned with strategic vision and best practices.
• Create clear technical documentation and provide training for internal staff.
• Participate in ITSM and ISMS governance processes.
• Provide 24/7 escalation support for the Service Desk as required.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of Network Administrator experience in Enterprise or Service Provider environments.
• Hands-on experience with Next Gen Firewalls (Fortigate, Juniper, or Cisco).
• Proficiency with SDN (NSX-T), Load Balancing (F5, NGINX, NSX Advanced), Core Switching (Cisco Nexus), and WAN (Juniper MX).
• Eligibility for federal government “reliability” status.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional work experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, business analysis, and communication skills.
