Salary: $95,680 - $158,230 annually

What you will do

• Identify new data sources and improve collection, analysis, and reporting methods.
• Analyze payor contract performance and evaluate bundle payment pricing for strategic opportunities.
• Develop and maintain databases, create dashboards, and produce trend reports with variances.
• Collaborate with management on best practices, benchmarking, and statistical recommendations.
• Monitor referral trends and ensure data quality through audits and error correction.
• Present status reports and provide input on business operations and initiatives.

Requirements

• Req: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Req: 4+ years experience with data analytics in healthcare or managed care
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, databases, spreadsheets, and statistical software.
• Previous healthcare experience in HIM/Clinical Revenue Integrity/Revenue Cycle.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently and in teams, and handle moderate complexity problems.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
