Location: Hybrid in Reforma, CDMX (Mexico City) – two days a week in office required

What you will do

• Research, vet, and execute media plans for multiple clients, identifying opportunities for expansion, optimization, and growth.
• Oversee daily campaign delivery across TV, audio, and display channels to ensure strategies are implemented accurately and goals are met.
• Interface with network partners, vendors, and internal teams for smooth campaign execution.
• Handle network orders, traffic instructions, and special projects to improve team processes.
• Evaluate and negotiate media plans in collaboration with senior team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends through research and publisher meetings to inform recommendations.

Requirements

• 2+ years in media agency or publisher environment focused on media buying in linear TV, OTT, digital audio, and/or display
• Hands-on experience with industry platforms (DSPs, research tools) a plus
• Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong business writing, and presentation skills
• Strategic thinking, media acumen, technical skills for reviewing campaign data, and effective communication
• Self-motivated collaborator passionate about learning and knowledge sharing
