TL;DR
Customer Experience Representative: Manage customer enquiries, coordinate contract selections and milestone invoicing using Hubspot CRM with an accent on prompt professional responses and accurate project updates. Location: Onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City, Philippines. Work schedule: 6:30 AM-3:30 PM PH time (8:30 AM-5:30 PM AEST).

What you will do
- Manage customer enquiries and communications via Hubspot CRM, responding within 1 business day.
- Coordinate contract/colour selections, prepare documentation, and liaise with customers.
- Issue milestone invoices within 1 business day of relevant project stages.
- Collaborate with pre-construction and construction teams to deliver weekly project updates via Hubspot CRM.
- Follow supervisor instructions and represent the client professionally.
Requirements
- At least 3 years in customer service, success, or support roles.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail for documentation and compliance.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot), Microsoft Office, Hyphen Homefront; willingness to learn new tools.
