What you will do

• Facilitate and distribute grant payments to study sites and communicate with investigators and sponsors.
• Set up clinical studies in finance systems according to scope of work and site contracts.
• Process financial data to ensure accurate payments, forecasting, and accrual outputs.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and request refunds.
• Produce reports on payment and accrual activity and assist with customer audits.
• Train and develop Clinical Payment Specialist I team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, clinical, science, or health-related field.
• 2–5 years of direct experience (or 5+ years of related experience) in finance or the clinical trial industry.
• Knowledge of clinical contracts, budget terms, and study start-up activities.
• Experience with computerized information systems.
• Fluent in English and Bulgarian.

Nice to have

• Experience with EDC, CTMS, IVRS, and other clinical systems.
• Knowledge of ICH and local regulatory authority drug research and development regulations.
