Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 + incentive pay program (RevShare) and annual bonus

What you will do

• Build, drive, and optimize Amazon Search and DSP strategies to exceed client goals on conversion rates, ROI, sales volume, and retention.
• Develop omnichannel commerce media strategies tailored to client challenges for growth, profitability, and brand awareness.
• Analyze cross-channel data to provide strategic recommendations aligned with KPIs and achieve same-store growth targets.
• Integrate hirify.global's product suite into campaigns for scalability and efficiency, using tools for client communications and feedback.
• Maintain expertise in commerce platforms, certifications, and collaborate with specialists for multi-channel approaches.
• Proactively manage accounts, delegate tasks, prioritize operations, and experiment with new strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5-7 years in commerce media, paid commerce, or senior media planning with proven campaign success
• Experience with Amazon, Walmart, Criteo preferred
• Experience with Skai, Analytic Index, Pacvue, Helium10 preferred
• Expert knowledge of commerce media platforms with annual certifications
• Strong data analysis, client communication, and ownership mindset
