What you will do

• Manage video projects independently from concept development through final delivery.
• Develop creative approaches, scripts, outlines, interview plans, story structures, and production strategies.
• Provide full-service production support, including producing, shooting, basic audio recording, and editing.
• Capture interviews, documentary-style field footage, b-roll, promotional content, and short-form digital video.
• Edit and finish content, including media organization, rough cuts, revisions, audio cleanup, color correction, and delivery.
• Prepare video assets in multiple formats and aspect ratios for different platforms and audiences.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience producing, shooting, and editing professional video content from start to finish.
• Strong skills in story development, scripting, interview shaping, narrative structure, and editorial judgment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience using 4K or higher-resolution camera systems and understanding camera operation, composition, lighting, and audio recording.
• Ability to provide a contractor-owned computer, editing system, professional camera equipment, and related production gear.
• Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident.

Nice to have

• Experience creating short documentaries, interview-driven videos, promotional content, and social media-friendly video.
