What you will do

• Manage Facebook pages ensuring consistent daily activity and posting.
• Create and publish engaging content including images and text posts tailored to page categories.
• Handle community management by responding promptly to comments and messages.
• Monitor engagement metrics like likes, shares, comments, reach, and follower growth.
• Optimize content by identifying high-performers and replicating successful formats.
• Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on social media trends and maintain page compliance with Facebook policies.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Experience in social media management or content creation, or studying marketing/communications.
• Basic understanding of Facebook and social media trends.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Creativity to develop engaging content ideas for different audiences.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, social media tools, and online platforms.
