What you will do

• Oversee social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, and X.
• Create, curate, publish, and manage content adhering to brand and partner guidelines.
• Direct agency for content calendaring and posting, and manage high-visibility campaigns.
• Conduct social listening, community management, reporting, and executive engagement plans.
• Collaborate on partner pitches, activations, influencer outreach, and chapter training.
• Spearhead innovative content including live wish coverage and maintain cross-functional relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Liberal Arts, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in social media, marketing, or communications (preferred).
• Demonstrated expertise in Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and management tools.
• Strong Microsoft Suite skills, especially PowerPoint; proficiency in content and graphics development.
• Ability to thrive remotely with up to 10% travel and occasional non-standard hours.
• Working knowledge of nonprofits helpful.
