What you will do
- Own and grow social presence across X, Youtube, Threads, and Bluesky, developing the voice and content strategy.
- Create original content such as tweets, threads, shorts, and memes to drive engagement and follower growth.
- Engage directly with the developer community, founders, and creators to build relationships.
- Monitor developer trends and sentiment to identify opportunities for timely, relevant content.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to amplify launches, features, and open-source updates.
- Champion a sharp, developer-native brand voice across all platforms.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience managing social media for developer-focused or technical products.
- Proven track record of growing an audience on Twitter/X within the dev tools, open source, or SaaS space.
- Deep understanding of developer culture, memes, and technical engagement nuances.
- Ability to write in a concise, witty, and technically credible voice.
- Comfortable working asynchronously in a globally distributed, remote-first team.
- Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
