hirify.global is an open-source Postgres development platform providing a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, and Vector Search.

What you will do

  • Own and grow social presence across X, Youtube, Threads, and Bluesky, developing the voice and content strategy.
  • Create original content such as tweets, threads, shorts, and memes to drive engagement and follower growth.
  • Engage directly with the developer community, founders, and creators to build relationships.
  • Monitor developer trends and sentiment to identify opportunities for timely, relevant content.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to amplify launches, features, and open-source updates.
  • Champion a sharp, developer-native brand voice across all platforms.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience managing social media for developer-focused or technical products.
  • Proven track record of growing an audience on Twitter/X within the dev tools, open source, or SaaS space.
  • Deep understanding of developer culture, memes, and technical engagement nuances.
  • Ability to write in a concise, witty, and technically credible voice.
  • Comfortable working asynchronously in a globally distributed, remote-first team.
  • Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
