What you will do

• Deliver operational support across custom equity SMA portfolios, focusing on execution, trade management, and portfolio monitoring.
• Execute equity trade entry, modeling, post-trade validation, rebalances, tax-aware trading, and corporate actions.
• Monitor positions, cash balances, and constraints; identify and resolve breaks in positions, cash, and trade lifecycle.
• Partner with portfolio managers, traders, technology, and client services to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Produce and analyze portfolio, account, and trade reporting; support ad-hoc analytics on performance and efficiency.
• Maintain data integrity, reconcile discrepancies across systems, and design reports/dashboards for front office needs.

Requirements

• College degree in Finance or Economics preferred
• Solid understanding of asset classes (Fixed-Income, Equity)
• Knowledge of investment business, buy-side processes, and products
• Experience with front office applications (Aladdin, CRD, Bloomberg) preferred
• Aptitude for rapid adaptation to new systems/software
