What you will do

• Perform quarterly and annual financial analysis of high-yielding commercial mortgage loan portfolios.
• Monitor property performance and manage loan strategies, including on-site visits to assess risks and opportunities.
• Assist with underwriting, portfolio analysis, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Analyze quarterly financials to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
• Support borrower negotiations, workouts, and REO equity strategies.
• Review and approve annual property operating budgets.

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in commercial real estate.
• Must be based in or able to work in Atlanta, GA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CRE analytical and market research tools such as CoStar, REIS, or Argus.
