VP Product Experience (Edtech): Leading the full product strategy for the K-8 portfolio, combining physical LEGO bricks with digital and AI-driven learning solutions with an accent on commercial ownership and organizational leadership. Focus on scaling AI integration in education, managing P&L performance, and orchestrating a complex cross-functional helix structure.
Location: Billund, Denmark (Hybrid: average 3 days per week in office)

What you will do
- Develop and execute a 5-7 year long-term product strategy for the K-8 portfolio.
- Manage P&L performance to ensure products meet financial and educational impact goals.
- Lead and coach a multi-layered product organization within a cross-functional helix structure.
- Drive the responsible integration of emerging AI technologies into educational products and workflows.
- Collaborate with executive peers to shape commercial propositions, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
- Act as a brand ambassador and thought leader in children's education systems globally.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a leader of leaders, managing managers and senior specialists.
- Expertise in K-8 education product development, specifically with physical or blended physical-digital experiences.
- Strong track record of P&L ownership and commercial judgment.
- Practical experience with emerging AI and its application in education.
- Ability to lead and influence engineering teams (software and firmware).
- Experience working in agile environments and matrix/helix corporate structures.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of global K-8 markets.
- Familiarity with data, learning analytics, and student/teacher-facing UX.
