What you will do

• Monitor and optimize email deliverability metrics like open, click, and reply rates
• Warm up and manage multiple domains, inboxes, and sending infrastructure
• Identify and troubleshoot deliverability issues such as spam flags and blacklists
• Work with email platforms including Smartlead, Quickmail, Instantly, HubSpot, Klaviyo, and Salesforce
• Evaluate and integrate AI or automation tools to boost outreach efficiency
• Support internal teams with campaign diagnostics and performance reporting

Requirements

• 3+ years in email marketing, focused on cold outbound
• Proven track record with massive-scale campaigns (10k–20k emails/day)
• Advanced knowledge of email infrastructure, domain warming, and DNS configuration
• Skilled in technical troubleshooting, analytics, and email metrics optimization
• Experience with platforms like Smartlead, Quickmail, Instantly, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce
• Familiarity with inbox rotation, subdomains, reply routing, and AI-driven automation
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
