What you will do

• Act as a primary analytical partner to SSC operations leadership to convert business needs into analytical questions.
• Perform end-to-end analysis of SSC performance, including conversion health, agent activity, and retention signals.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to enable self-service monitoring of operational KPIs.
• Contribute to enrollment forecasting by integrating call center and pipeline signals into rolling forecast models.
• Identify performance drivers and anomalies across the SSC funnel to surface improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business analytics, operations analytics, strategy, or management consulting.
• 4+ years of experience partnering directly with senior operations or call center stakeholders.
• Proven ability to maintain analytical integrity within ambiguous or imperfect data environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be based in the US

Nice to have

• Experience in higher education, enrollment management, or student lifecycle analytics.
• Expertise in funnel analytics and multi-stage pipeline conversion rate analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for scenario modeling and operational analysis.
