What you will do

• Own the architecture of the off-platform AI tier and the data contracts connecting it to the Salesforce-native core.
• Architect and build the MCP server to connect agents to project, customer, and onboarding data.
• Design and lead the development of the PM Agent, Execution Agent, and External Onboarding Agent.
• Build the evaluation, observability, and feedback infrastructure to iterate on agents using real customer data.
• Collaborate with design partner customers to discover and productize repeatable workflow patterns.
• Establish engineering standards for AI development, including prompt iteration and latency budgets.

Requirements

• Track record of shipping production agent systems at scale with real reliability requirements.
• Deep experience in tool use, multi-step reasoning, and retrieval pipelines.
• Strong Python proficiency with experience deploying production systems.
• Hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude or comparable LLM APIs at production scale.
• Demonstrated technical leadership in scoping work and making architectural decisions.
• Ability to lead technical discovery and scoping in customer-facing contexts.

Nice to have

• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or agent orchestration frameworks.
• Experience operating in compound or agentic development workflows (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
• Background in ML platforms or research-to-production transitions.
