Salary: $77,580 - $96,980 USD

What you will do

• Deliver on-site education and conduct seminars or webinars focusing on plan features and investments.
• Provide one-on-one financial and investment counseling sessions for employees and retirees.
• Interface with Plan Administration and Sponsors to identify and resolve participant issues.
• Collaborate with Plan Sponsors to increase employee participation in retirement plans.
• Develop and implement presentation materials and manage appointment scheduling.
• Maintain strict compliance with firm and FINRA regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retirement or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63, 65, and CA Life and Health licenses.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel across San Francisco County.

• Bi-lingual proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese.
