Location: Hybrid (must be based in the US and attend office or client site at least 2-3 days per week)

What you will do

• Lead full life cycle Workday implementations, including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system designs, and transformational goals for senior client leadership.
• Configure applications, conduct iterative unit testing, and provide post-production support.
• Manage project resources, budgets, and teams during functional and process design.
• Develop training materials and conduct classes to ensure user adoption.
• Identify business opportunities to increase the usability and profitability of information architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, IT, MIS, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in a consulting practice servicing cross-industry clients.
• Minimum of 4 full life cycle Workday implementations.
• Experience with ERP Application Integration, back-end data connectivity, and Oracle Applications.
• Knowledge of Workday ERP (Financials, SCM, etc.).
• Ability to travel up to 40% to various client sites on short notice.
