Location: Remote from anywhere in the US. Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. Dedicated home office space required with specific internet speed (10 Mbps upload / 20 Mbps download) and hardwired connection. Schedule flexibility including evenings/Saturdays; on phone entire shift.

Compensation: $16/hour + $65/month internet stipend

• Perform data entry and validation of energy rebate requests.
• Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for production (90%+) and accuracy (99%).
• Contribute to process improvements in a team-based environment.
• Develop skills for new programs to meet utilization goals.

Requirements

• US work authorization required; no sponsorship.
• Strong organizational skills; resourceful and high energy.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications a plus; previous data entry preferred.
• Dedicated home office free of disruptions, two power connections, hardwired high-speed internet.
• Flexibility with schedule including split shifts, evenings, or Saturdays.
• Maintain high professionalism and minimize critical errors.
