What you will do

• Work with strategic startup customers to uncover failure modes and identify high-impact opportunities for improvement.
• Prototype and iterate on prompts, agents, and workflow designs to unlock customer value.
• Synthesize real usage patterns into reproducible evals and benchmarks for Product and Research teams.
• Build repeatable tools and evaluation approaches to raise the quality bar across multiple use cases.
• Serve as a technical partner within the startup ecosystem, balancing immediate problem-solving with long-term system improvements.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering and AI fundamentals (experience as a software engineer, ML engineer, or Data Scientist).
• Experience building AI applications, agents, or evaluation systems with the ability to reason about model behavior.
• Familiarity with or interest in model training pipelines and reinforcement learning.
• Ability to communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences.
• High agency, strong product sense, and a bias toward building durable improvements.
• Experience shipping production systems end-to-end is a strong plus.
