TL;DR

What you will do

  • Review and monitor daily crypto and fiat transaction flows using automated systems and manual techniques.
  • Analyze blockchain activities using Chainalysis KYT and conduct in-depth investigations with Chainalysis Reactor.
  • Identify, document, and escalate suspicious activities via Internal Suspicious Activity Reports (ISARs).
  • Support the Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) process by analyzing Source of Funds (SoF) and Source of Wealth (SoW) evidence.
  • Perform scheduled periodic reviews of high-risk users to ensure profiles align with transactional behavior.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Anti-Fraud teams to resolve flagged cases and improve monitoring rules.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Croatia.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in transaction monitoring, AML investigations, or financial crime compliance.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Chainalysis KYT & Reactor or equivalent blockchain analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with fiat transaction monitoring systems and EDD procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to draft concise investigation reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Law, or a related field is preferred.
