What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain production Kubernetes clusters ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Build and manage Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation and Crossplane on AWS and GCP.
• Own and operate cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS, managing a distributed, customer-facing software platform.
• Implement GitOps workflows and application delivery using ArgoCD.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the DevOps Core team to foster engineering excellence.
• Research, evaluate, and integrate new technologies into the stack to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong, hands-on experience running and operating Kubernetes clusters in production at scale.
• Deep expertise with AWS CloudFormation and Crossplane for Infrastructure as Code.
• Comprehensive knowledge of AWS cloud services and working knowledge of GCP environments.
• Hands-on experience with ArgoCD, GitOps, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar).
• 2+ years of scripting or coding experience in Python, GoLang, or Bash for automation.
• Advanced knowledge of Linux OS and networking fundamentals.

Nice to have

• Experience with artifact management tools like JFrog Artifactory.
• Familiarity with Terraform as a secondary IaC tool.
• Experience with observability stacks such as Prometheus and Grafana.
