What you will do

• Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and contract updates.
• Implement and monitor globally standardized HR processes within the Manila office.
• Coordinate with payroll teams to provide accurate data for monthly processing and statutory contributions.
• Manage Manila office facilities, vendors, workspace logistics, and health and safety standards.
• Coordinate IT equipment provisioning and inventory tracking in collaboration with TechOps.
• Ensure all employee records and operations comply with Philippines regulations and data privacy laws.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR, administration, operations, or office management.
• Must be based in Manila and able to work on-site 5 days per week.
• Strong knowledge of Philippines employment laws and practices.
• Experience using HR systems (e.g., HiBob or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including TechOps and Finance.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
