What you will do

• Lead end‑to‑end process analysis and automation assessments for complex, cross‑functional business processes.
• Evaluate automation feasibility and value to recommend optimal implementation approaches.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, product owners, and architects to shape automation roadmaps.
• Translate complex business needs into high‑quality requirements, use cases, and solution designs.
• Influence and improve enterprise intake and prioritization processes across the automation lifecycle.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert and mentor other analysts to elevate organization-wide best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or digital transformation.
• 5+ years of experience working with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms such as UiPath.
• Proven expertise in process analysis, business requirements definition, and solution shaping.
• Advanced proficiency in process mapping tools like Visio and Lucidchart.
• Must be based in Springfield, MA; Boston, MA; or New York, NY.
