What you will do

• Manage and optimize CRM system usage across multiple teams to improve adoption and efficiency.
• Analyze CRM data to generate actionable insights for business growth and cross-selling.
• Build and improve workflows and automation within the CRM to streamline operations.
• Develop internal reporting capabilities to reduce reliance on external tools.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance CRM performance.
• Act as the main point of contact for 30–40+ CRM users.

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher required.
• Russian: B2 level or higher required.
• Several years of experience in a hands-on CRM role (Manager, Specialist, or Analyst).
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actions.
• Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, and workflow automation setup.
• Proven ability to optimize system usage and improve business processes.

Nice to have

• Experience in the iGaming industry.
• Experience building CRM processes or functions from scratch.
• Residence in Warsaw.
