Founding Data Engineer (AI Security)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; full-time onsite role

Company

hirify.global is building an AI Security and Governance Platform that provides visibility and protection across the AI and LLM lifecycle.

What you will do

• Build Noma’s data engineering function, including warehouse architecture, tooling, standards, and best practices.
• Design, build, and maintain pipelines that transform company data into structured, queryable assets.
• Develop the internal data platform, including the central warehouse, data models, and reporting layers.
• Create and maintain BI dashboards for product, business, and operational decision-making.
• Implement data modeling, governance, monitoring, quality, performance, and reliability practices.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Delivery, Product, and Analytics teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering roles.
• Experience designing and building data infrastructure from the ground up and independently driving architecture and technology decisions.
• 3+ years of experience with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake or Databricks.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets.
• Experience creating data models and BI dashboards for business, product, or analytics teams.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, performance, scalability, cross-functional collaboration, and pragmatic problem solving.

Nice to have

• Experience working closely with Data Science teams.
• Background in cybersecurity, infrastructure, deep tech, or AdTech.
• Experience as an early or first Data Engineer at a startup or building an early-stage data platform.
• Familiarity with modern data orchestration and transformation tools.
