What you will do

• Own all social channels end-to-end, managing content, calendars, and community engagement.
• Translate research insights and customer stories into high-impact, social-native content formats.
• Ghostwrite and direct content for senior leaders to amplify their professional POV.
• Monitor industry trends to produce reactive content within hours of key moments.
• Develop AI-powered workflows and prompts to scale content output without sacrificing brand voice.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and CX teams to establish them as credible voices on social media.

Requirements

• Must be based in-person in Chicago, USA.
• 5+ years of experience in social media, ideally within B2B SaaS scale-ups.
• Proven track record of executive ghostwriting for senior leadership.
• Advanced, AI-native workflow integration (prompt engineering and systems building).
• Portfolio demonstrating a distinct, non-generic craft and point of view.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Figma, Descript, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Experience building sales social activation programs from scratch.
• Background in research, insights, AI, or developer tools categories.
• Experience managing influencer or creator programs end-to-end.
