What you will do

• Write backend services using C/C++ and/or Lua.
• Scope and estimate development and testing effort for user stories.
• Perform automated testing in an iterative agile environment.
• Share knowledge through code reviews and pair programming.
• Participate in all agile ceremonies including standups, planning, and retrospectives.
• Deliver assigned tasks on time, taking full ownership.

Requirements

• Speak English fluently.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Good knowledge of programming fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, concurrent programming, OS design elements.
• Advanced user of at least one modern OS, with ability to create application and preferably system software.
• Fluent in C++ and familiar with its evolution; experience with other scripting languages.
• Familiarity with networks, databases, servers, protocols, security; prior software development involving these.
• Open-minded with ability to think creatively.
