Salary: $144,000 - $216,000

What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor through sales presentations, solution designs, and Proof of Concepts.
• Design differentiating technical solutions that solve customer business problems or create new service offerings.
• Develop and manage Technical Account Plans in collaboration with the sales team.
• Provide elite customer service throughout both pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of the hirify.global product set and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with technical support and partners to resolve critical customer issues.

Requirements

• TS or TS/SCI clearance is required.
• 8+ years of related industry experience in a high-tech environment.
• 5+ years of pre-sales experience.
• System administration skills with UNIX, Microsoft, or specific application knowledge.
• Strong grasp of LAN/WAN networking protocols, including Layer 4-7, firewalls, and DDoS protection.
• Excellent written and oral interpersonal and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Application Delivery Control, SSL intercept, and Web Application Firewall (WAF).
• Deep understanding of LTM, DNS, AFM, and DDoS technologies.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Ansible.
• Knowledge of modern development methodologies (Agile, CI/CD) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Javascript, Node.js, or C.
• TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance.
