What you will do

• Serve as primary expert for Okta configuration, deployment, and identity workflows management.
• Automate recurring identity tasks using Okta Workflows, PowerShell, and Python scripting.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID for user authentication, provisioning, and synchronization.
• Monitor availability, performance, and health of Workforce Identity platforms.
• Troubleshoot incidents and access requests while providing audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and HR on Zero Trust principles and governance.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Identity & Access Management operations, focused on Okta and Entra administration
• Expertise in Okta implementation including Workflows, APIs, and lifecycle management
• Hands-on with Microsoft Entra ID for user management, groups, and roles
• Familiarity with PAM tools like CyberArk or BeyondTrust
• Strong troubleshooting, compliance knowledge (SOX, GDPR), and communication skills
• Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent

Nice to have

• Advanced automation with Okta Workflows, PowerShell, Python
• Experience migrating from Entra ID to Okta
• Knowledge of Zero Trust and identity governance
• Security certifications like CISSP, CISM, Okta Certified Professional
