IAM Analyst (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Review and secure identity and access management (IAM) across the organization, focusing on access governance and permission models.
• Validate authentication controls and MFA enforcement across on-premise and cloud applications.
• Analyze access logs from tools such as ManageEngine ADAudit and Cloudflare Zero Trust to identify malicious or insecure patterns.
• Evaluate and implement Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and manage secrets using HashiCorp Vault.
• Promote Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) and ensure adherence to the principle of least privilege.
• Document IAM procedures and create reports on access reviews, MFA coverage, and identity risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IAM, access governance, or identity security roles.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and analyzing authentication and access logs.
• Familiarity with MFA, conditional access, and secrets management solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (B2/C1).
• Must reside in the Americas (preferably South and Central America).

Nice to have

• Professional cybersecurity certifications.
• Hands-on experience with PAM solutions and HashiCorp Vault.
• Understanding of ABAC models and security frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST.
