Salary: $70,000–$80,000

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end client engagements from first conversation through delivery and ongoing customer success.
• Translate client business goals into clear briefs for developers, content strategists, and AI agents.
• Apply UX/UI best practices and design thinking to evaluate deliverables and direct creative work.
• Build prototypes and proof of concepts to demonstrate strategic direction and unblock progress.
• Implement AI workflows and new solutions to increase creative output and efficiency.
• QA all project outputs to ensure design, content, and strategy meet client standards and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, digital strategy, or client-facing account management.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience creating wireframes and high-fidelity designs for development teams.
• Authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
• Ability to work onsite in Chicago, Illinois.
• Proven ability to effectively prompt AI agents and evaluate their outputs for creative workflows.

• Portfolio demonstrating both design thinking and strategic or account-level problem-solving.
